RETURN POLICY

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), to insure that the issue is corrected.

RETURNS:

We accept returns in exchange for store credit up to 15 days after receiving your item. We do not provide reimbursement for shipping costs, it will be deducted from your store credit.

To complete a return the jewelry must be intact. If any of the returned item(s) show any signs of visible wear and/or damage the return will not be processed. (With the exception of jewelry that was delivered damaged)

*If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be fulfilled.

SIZE EXCHANGES:

Made-to-size jewelry that fits incorrectly is not accepted for return unless the customer is NOT at fault for this mistake. Please measure yourself correctly before placing your order, don't be too shy to reach out if you need help!
